We accept returns and exchanges for unworn items with original tags and packaging within 14 business days of receiving your order.

For split shipments, the 14 business days start from the date you receive the last package.

How it works:

- Return Fees:

• • 70 EGP: Greater Cairo & Alexandria
  • 80 EGP: Delta, Canal & Upper Egypt

- Return/exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was caused by Hushy Wear or a product defect, return/exchange fees will be free.

- Please note that when we return the amount we will deduct (The Delivery fee and Returns fee) if order was a free shipping qualified the delivery fee will be deducted. 

- To request a return or exchange, contact us via Instagram https://instagram.com/hushywear.

- Our team will review your request and confirm the details.

- A courier will be arranged to pick up the items. Please ensure they are packed in the original packaging.

- Once received, we review the items within 1–2 business days and issue the refund to your bank account or Instapay.

- We strongly recommend you check the product while courier is waiting to avoid this process and additional returns fees.
